I wanted to wrap up everything about Beachcomber Cafe,
put it in my pocket, and bring it home to Quakertown:

I adore the saying on the back of their t-shirts:

This panini was heaven! The sweet roasted beets had
a slight smokey rosemary flavor, mixed with the creamy
local chevre, gooey mozzarella, and just
a touch of the bitter beat greens and walnuts.
